As a recognised bridge between Asian capital and global innovation, Tick is an early leader bringing Chinese and broader Asian communities into Australia's startup, VC, and private-market ecosystem. She was appointed the first Advisor to the Victorian State Government's Multicultural Tech & Innovation Advisory Group, shaping policy to support migrant founders and emerging industries.
Previous Experience
As Venture Partner at Klumi Ventures, she co-designed one of the world's first hybrid VC + Yield Fund models, merging long-term venture growth with yield-generating strategies for family offices and institutional investors.
Investment & Community Building
Tick has been a pioneering angel investor since 2017 and co-founded the largest Asian LP club connecting Asia-based family offices with Australian innovation opportunities. Her work focuses on closing the diversity funding gap, advancing inter-generational wealth transition, and enabling multicultural participation in high-growth industries.
